How to Get Zorua and Zoroark in Pokémon Black and White
Separate BW's event-transfer encounters from the sequel gift Zorua.
BW requires specific event Pokémon transferred with the Relocator: Celebi unlocks Zorua, while one of the distributed shiny legendary beasts unlocks Zoroark. B2W2 instead gives the player N's Zorua during the normal Driftveil story.
Requirements
For BW, use the original eligible event Celebi or shiny Raikou, Entei or Suicune and the Relocator process.
For B2W2, progress through Driftveil City and receive N's Zorua from Rood.
Black and White: Zorua
Unlock the Relocator
Use the Castelia City password NPC to unlock the special transfer feature.
Transfer the eligible Celebi
Only the compatible event Celebi activates the Castelia encounter; an arbitrary Celebi should not be assumed to work.
Trigger Zorua
Visit the Castelia building with the transferred Celebi in the party and complete the disguised Zorua scene.
Black and White: Zoroark
Transfer an eligible shiny beast
Use the Relocator for the distributed shiny Raikou, Entei or Suicune.
Visit Lostlorn Forest
The event Pokémon triggers the disguised Zoroark encounter.
Black 2 and White 2
Rood gives the player N's Zorua in Driftveil City as part of normal sequel progression. It carries N's Trainer information and does not require the BW Relocator events.
Historical availability
The original BW triggers depended on time-limited distributions and compatible transfer hardware. This guide documents the original method without claiming those events are currently distributed or providing unofficial-server instructions.
