Original Unova story

Black and White introduce N, the original Team Plasma and a regional Pokédex built around Unova Pokémon during the main story. The route begins in Nuvema Town and follows eight Gyms before the League is interrupted by N's Castle.

Starters: Snivy, Tepig and Oshawott.
Final story battles: the version legendary, N and Ghetsis.
Alder becomes a conventional Champion challenge during a later League visit.
