Key Differences

Japanese Blue was an enhanced release after Japanese Red/Green.

International Red/Blue are based largely on the improved Japanese Blue release rather than the original Japanese Red/Green code/content state.

International Blue fills the counterpart role that Japanese Green had in the original Japanese pair.
