Held: Halves Speed. Negates Ground immunities, makes Flying-types take neutral damage from Ground, and allows traps to affect holder.

Held: Decreases the holder’s Speed by 50%. If the holder is Flying-type or has Levitate, it takes regular damage from Ground attacks and is affected by Spikes and Toxic Spikes.
