Moves that target this Pokémon consume one additional PP. The effect stacks when multiple targets have this ability, and it also applies to moves that fail or miss. It does not affect this Pokémon's self-targeting moves or allied moves that target the whole field or only the allied side. It does affect single-target allied moves aimed at this Pokémon, allied moves that target every other Pokémon, and opposing moves that target the whole field. If the increased cost exceeds the move's remaining PP, all remaining PP are consumed. The ability is announced when this Pokémon enters battle. Outside battle in applicable games, placing a Pokémon with Pressure at the front of the party increases encounters with higher-level Pokémon.
